Whilst we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if this is not the case, please email email@example.com and return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unmarked, undamaged and able to be resold as new.
We suggest you use a postage service that is traceable and insured, to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. We will also expect any courier service to allow us to inspect the goods before accepting them.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report damages within 48 hours of delivery date. If you are signing for your delivery and any of the packaging is obviously damaged then the item should be refused and not signed for. We may require photographic evidence of damaged or faulty goods.
Country & Vintage will always refund postage on damaged items. However, the customer is responsible for the postage on undamaged or unwanted items.
Please also be aware that colours of our products may vary slightly to the pictures shown on our website. This may be down to slight differences in the manufacturing process, or else due to the way monitors display colour.
