Country & Vintage - Delivery Information
Delivery cost will be confirmed as soon as an item is placed in your shopping cart. Your purchase will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from the date of your order unless specified otherwise. You must specify the correst region (UK, Europe or Rest of World) or your purchase may be subject to an additional payment which could hold up your order. Please also be aware that although we aim to deliver all stock items within 5 working days, or an alternative time period if specified in the product description (UK mainland only), we do not hold many of the larger items in stock and are therefore subject to delivery/stock changes made by the manufacturer. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm the new delivery date/estimate and give you the option to agree to this new date or to cancel or amend your order.
The method of delivery will be confirmed once your order is processed and will be one of the following:
Larger items such as furniture are always delivered using a specialist delivery agent.
Items that are less than 50cm x 30cm x 30cm (packaged) will be delivered using the Collect+ service (UK mainland only).
Collect+ allows you to track your delivery online and works in partnership with a UK-wide network of local shops, which gives you the option to collect your package from any store that operates the Collect+ service, as well as the traditional 'direct to the door' option. Many Collect+ stores open early and close late so there's no more waiting in all day for your delivery and no more treks to a postal depot in the next town! If you wish to take advantage of the 'in store' pick-up service you will need to confirm this by emailing enquiries@countryandvintage.co.uk within 24 hours, otherwise your item will be shipped 'to the door'. If for any reason you have to return an item that is within the above mentioned size limits, then you may also return it to us using the Collect+ service. All other items are shipped using DHL, Yodel, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UKMail or another service.
If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland, you may contact us before ordering so that we can confirm delivery options with you.
Although we reserve the right to amend delivery dates, if this does happen and the estimated date of delivery is likely to be longer than 30 days from purchase, we will offer a full refund.
While the Country & Vintage team will make every effort to ensure that products are in stock, there will be occasions when, due to high demand or availability at the manufacturer, products become unavailable after an order has already been placed. If this happens then we will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm an estimated date of dispatch - if this is not acceptable to you then we will arrange for an immediate refund.
